The quality doesn't bother me much - as others remarked, it gives a nice vintage feel. My only critique would be that the dark area in the top right corner attracts my eyes to it - you should have placed some lighter object there, so the viewer can focus without problem on the bread.

Other than that, it is a nice photo, and an interesting scene - haven't seen something like this. I love it. :)
